Refund & Return Policy

    1. Non-Returnable Goods ❌

      • Due to the perishable nature of seeds, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for unwanted items.

    2. Damaged / Incorrect Orders 📷

      • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

      • We will provide a replacement or partial refund.

    3. Exceptions ⚠️

      • Refunds will not be issued for issues beyond our control (failed germination, planting conditions, customs seizures).

      • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
